Born c1947 into an area later used for military weapons testing. This experience has been written about in a book, “Cleared Out: First Contact in the Western Desert” (Sue Davenport & Peter Johnson authors, published by Aboriginal Studies Press, 2005), and is the subject of a film, “Contact”.
Yuwali worked on stations before moving to Punmu.
