Irrunytju Gallery is mainly known for its vibrant, colourful canvases, depicting Tjukurpa (dreamtime) stories embedded in the spectacular landscape of abundant waterholes and ancient ranges.

Whilst some of the artists had been painting for more than 5 years it wasn’t until Irrunytju Gallery was set up in 2001 that they began to gather and paint daily and begin to see their unique paintings reach public acclaim and exposure.
